Data Requests
Universal Data Request Workflow
A Universal Data Request (UDR) workflow was created to provide a single common procedure for Wayne State University affiliates to request data from our various reporting systems/sources/departments. The main objectives of the UDR workflow include:
- Transparency regarding prioritization and work status of data requests
- Reduce redundancy of similar requests for the same data through different departments
- Reduce confusion by defining clear lines of responsibility amongst cross-departmental reporting teams
- Ensure that service levels are met in the delivery of all data requests
